hand. Same contracted a little and nail disfigured

CHILVERS Charles, Age 16, labourer, larceny after previous conviction (Penitentiary), sentenced to 7 years in 1841
(Another source: - Convicted in Suffolk (Beccles Quarter Sessions) on 3 January 1842. Sent to Australia on the John Renwick in 1843.)
In July 1663 one John CHILVER was tried in the Norfolk Circuit Assize and Gaol Delivery Court. He was condemned to death but reprieved from capital punishment on condition of transportation to the American Colonies. He chose transportation.
