Many generations of CHILVERS spent their lives in Castle Acre and they almost certainly had connections with my own ancestors in Swaffham. Castle Acre has been well researched by Bev Weston & Audrey Lake and you can view much of their work on Bev's web-site.

The historical details of the  church are unknown to me at the present time but I would be pleased to receive some for inclusion on this page . I took this photograph on a very wet day in April.
